Orientation Development
We know that the first 10% of a project can get busy quickly for a GC, but risk pauses for no one. It is imperative that subcontractors who are new to a project know and understand your expectations.
Let us develop a comprehensive site specific orientation that syncs with you and your clients safety plans and programs. -
Incident Investigations and Guidance
No one wants to hear that a worker has been injured on their jobsite. Realistically, though, accidents, incidents, and near misses are unfortunately inevitable. Our consultants are trained and experienced in incident reporting and documentation, record keeping, and incident investigation. We can work with you upon retainer or on an as needed basis.

Site Audits
Conducting whole sitewide audits is a specialty of ours. We love to be a new set of eyes so that we can contribute to the safety and well-being of all of your workers. During an audit, our professionals can inspect submitted SDS and JSA’s for accuracy. A thorough site walk could be performed with or without an escort at your preference. During a site walk, all risks observed would be thoroughly documented and communicated to whom it may concern. Note: It is recommended that site audits are reoccurring depending on your site’s risk calculation.

Employee Training Programs
Our professionals are equipped and eager to train your employees into becoming Competent Persons. Safety Ringmaster offers several in-person and online competent persons trainings, including but not limited to: Hazard Recognition, Excavation, Trenching, & Shoring Training, Fall Protection, Scaffold Competency, and Fire Prevention & Protection.

Documentation Organization & Digitization
We know that paperwork is NOT exciting for you. The good thing is we LOVE paperwork! One of our favorite tasks is digging you out of mounds of paperwork, and finding the best way to file it for your ease of access and presentation. Our Ringmasters have the knowledge and experience in administration, record keeping, and documentation digitization to keep your head above wat— er.. paper.
